The PFVCC

2 weeks down and although the season is young, one player has started their campaign too hot to trot. That trotter is KS, who put together another league-leading week and sits in the top spot all alone with a 2-game cushion as his previous shareholder, PM, fell asleep at the wheel. Not to be overlooked was DP who shared top honors as he and KS logged 11 winners and are feeling nice and loose heading into the 3rd week of play. Well done gents! Next in line was our 10 win quartet of CM, MM, SS and MS who put together strong performances but were just shy of receiving a standing ovation. The remaining members are still just opening acts, striving to get onto the main stage and be a feature of their own—until then, they will continue to be looking up with work to do. Overall, it’s still early days, but as we all know, the weeks keep coming, and if KS continues to stay ripping hot the going will get tougher. While KS enjoys his favorite lounger, it’s time for everyone else to get to business!

LF and MM were our featured Week 2 loners as they had 3 between them. LF kicked things off on Thursday night with his selection of DET, and ultimately he was kicking himself as maybe he forgot Josh Allen was playing on the other team. Nonetheless, nice-ish try kid. MM had a more valiant effort as he went 1-for-2 on his selections and was really close to knocking them both down, but the Jets are the Jets and the rest is history. At least NO had his back down the stretch to keep the books balanced! Way to keep things interesting, MM!

We roll onward towards Week 3… Let’s not let KS get too comfortable!

Your President,

LF
