The PFVCC

Week 11 has come and gone and left membership with much to think about as the season continues to take twists and turns. Quarterback play hasn’t been at its peak this season, that is if the starter is still at full health, which makes it even more of a test to pick winners week to week. That and the fact that football is just very hard to predict, but I digress. CM did his best in week 11 and was the best as he posted an 11-3 record to lead all pickers. For CM, it hasn’t been the most fruitful season to this point but he continues to battle and looks to push himself up into the conversation where we have been accustomed to seeing him. Word from CM’s camp is that he’s got his hands full, but posting 11 wins puts a hush to the critics. Following CM were DP, LF, NF, MS and PM all pulling in 10 wins. Most notably from this group is DP who continues his run at the top of the leaderboard with consistent picking. DP has been in the penthouse since week 7 and finds himself really settling in, making it hard for anyone to make up ground. Still plenty of football still to go, but if DP keeps picking like he’s been it might be a tough task to evict him.

MM and DJ were our loners of the week and lonely they remain as their picks of ARZ and NYJ couldn’t knock off their opponents. Great efforts gents, but better luck next time!

We look ahead to week 12 as it’s Thanksgiving week! Enjoy the time with family around the table and remember all the things you are thankful for. Family, friends, health, a roof over your head and, of course, FOOTBALL! Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours!

Your President,

LF
