Week 12 was a football filled Thanksgiving weekend, which we all were thankful for…some more than others. Turkey was roasting, sides were being prepared, family conversations were humming, all the while our attention drifted to the NFL matchups on the TV. This was on repeat through Sunday and on into Monday as week 12 came to a close leaving 2 members standing above the rest. BS and KS were our leaders as they were able to pace themselves and carry out strong 13 win weeks to chip away a couple games in the standings. 13-3 on a full slate of games is nothing to scoff at. Great work by the two vets! CM also knows how to maneuver holidays and football as he logged 12 wins to beat out DP and LF who stayed in lockstep with 11 wins a piece. On the other side of the notables is NF, who has found himself on the wrong end of the Thanksgiving table this year. After hitting a tough stretch of weeks, NF is hell-bent on getting back to the top where he sat just a handful of weeks ago. DP still owns the keys to the penthouse and was just seen pulling his Christmas decorations out, signaling to the rest that he intends to be there for a while. With 6 weeks left to play and 40+ years of history in our back pockets…we know anything is possible. Stretch drive here we come!

We had 5 loners on display and for sake of time and space I’m here to tell you that only 1 was successful from the bunch. That pick belonged to MS who lead the week off feeling pretty good about himself as his GB pick proved bold enough to get himself a win! Great picking MS!
