The PFVCC

Week 12 brought all the drama as the top of the standings saw a shakeup once again. Although the change at the top was a huge conversation, it wasn’t the main headline. That belonged to NF as his 13-1 performance took the league by storm and quietly he has had his best season since he joined the party a decade ago. He now sits just 4 games back and looks to ride the momentum in week 13 and beyond. Well done NF! While NF was counting his wins, SS was counting his socks to make sure they all had matches as he found himself packing up to leave the Penthouse for the first time since week 2. KS walked into his room to make a sly remark, as only he would, “Where ya going? I thought we were planning Thanksgiving together”. SS brushed him off when another voice was heard just behind KS. “Don’t worry KS, I have some ideas”. Startled, both KS’ and SS’ heads whipped around to find CM standing in the doorway. “It’s almost like you both thought I was just going to sit around and watch you enjoy all the fun...anyways where do I put my bags?” SS looked thoroughly annoyed now, and thoughts began to flood his mind about how he would make his return. That will have to wait as his keys were due to the landlord and the cleaning ladies were on their way to clear the room of all things SS. With the Penthouse shuffle surely the first thing to be discussed on Thanksgiving, questions will arise about how long standings stand pat.

NF had the only loner on the board and of course he found a victory as HOU delivered for him on Thursday night. Another feather in his cap here in week 12!

With Thanksgiving fast approaching, it’s fair to ask who will be the most thankful for week 13 and who will be most affected by the tryptophan.

Your President and Champ,
