The PFVCC

Week 15 brought us a full slate of games and some tough matchups with pivotal GOO that affected the Penthouse landscape. KS’ ears perked up from down the road, but he quickly realized that the landscape changes weren’t in reference to the foliage he once groomed every Saturday, but to who was now leaving the Penthouse and being replaced by another familiar foe. Knowing his 10 wins weren't enough, KS scrambled to find his binoculars to get a better look. He focused them to find CM handing his keys off to SS, and with disgust he mumbled in mockery, “Oh ‘Mr. Scrappy’ Butternuts is back huh…I’ll show him.” SS was on everyone’s hit list now, as his 11 win performance propelled him back to the place he never wanted to leave. CM won 10 and now must test the wheels on his roller bag as it’s back to the drawing board to get back to the Penthouse. For one, he wanted to hoist another PFVCC trophy, and two he left some beautiful USDA prime ribeyes in the freezer. “Ah well”, he thought, more motivation for him to get back on top, that and SS is more of a chicken and rice guy anyways. As the race at the top ratchets up, DP and PM will not be silenced as they shared in the spotlight bringing in 11 winners of their own. A phenomenal bit of picking as they look to improve their positioning here in the late stages.

Speaking of phenomenal picking, we had 3 loners highlighted and ALL 3 ended up as winners! DP, MM and MS just incredible guts as MIN, NO & WAS got the job done for them! Huge shoutout to you gents on the picking prowess!

The final 3 weeks loom large. Does SS have enough to close or will we have another passing of the keys? Stay tuned.
