Over the last handful of weeks, membership has been on a tear. I keep harping on the double digit win weeks because at this stage of the season we usually see some attrition and a lull in the wins as schedules get tougher. So far that has not been the case and week 8 was no different as ALL members enjoyed wins-a-plenty. Success was seen across the board and for the first time in my Presidency everyone’s performance was worth a shout in our weekly notables segment. The shout heard the loudest this week was for KB as he stood alone with 13 wins which is enough to earn salutes from the rest. Great picking KB! Our next batch of successful pickers were the 12 win group of SS, DP, MM, DJ, MS and NF. They fought and battled for their wins and it paid off, well done to you gents! Finally, we honor the 11 win five-some of BS, LF, KS, CM and PM who in any other week may have been mentioned at the top, but with everyone on their games they are just happy to be here. Some great picking seen by all, so let’s enjoy this while it lasts! With everyone at the top of their games in recent weeks, it makes each win that much more valuable. Will membership be able to keep up their winning ways? Or will the NFL season take a turn and level the playing field? History says the latter, but stay tuned!

Loner news was minimal as we only had 2 on display. NF and KB were the brave soldiers but lonely they remained as both missed out on their opportunities for upsets. Either way we appreciate your efforts. No risk no reward!

Onward to week 9 we go. With winning percentages soaring and SS enjoying his extended stay in the penthouse suite, can anyone close the gap?
